Manor Park Sale

Duke FAM Partners, LLC, an affiliated entity of Duke Homes, Inc. and Duke Land Group, LLC, entered into an agreement with Brock Built to sell the remaining interest in its Manor Park townhome development on January 17, 2014. Under the agreement, Duke FAM Partners, LLC sold 9 lots and will close on the remaining lots on May 21, 2014. The Manor Park property was originally purchased by Duke in late 2012. Duke has completed and sold 7 townhomes in the development. Al Livnat, President of Duke Homes, Inc., stated, “Manor Park is an excellent townhome development within minutes of the Marietta Square. The townhomes sold very rapidly and we are confident Brock Built will enjoy the same success we experienced.” Duke Homes, Inc. and Duke Land Group, LLC are actively seeking properties in the Southeastern United States for acquisition.
