Moss Pointe Sale

Duke Homes announced that it has sold the Moss Pointe subdivision to D.R. Horton, Inc. for $3,225,000.00. The property sold consisted of 25 residential lots for development located within the city of Roswell. Moss Pointe was purchased by Duke Homes in 2011 and provided a return to its investors of over 80% in only 18 months. Eyal Livnat, President of Duke Homes, commented, “Moss Pointe is a beautiful subdivision and we know D.R. Horton will be extremely successful with its product in this location. The city of Roswell is seeing tremendous growth which has resulted in strong demand for semi-custom homes in the over $500,000 price range.”
