Manor Park Acquisition

Duke Homes and Duke Land Group announced that they have acquired 7 partially developed upscale townhomes and 16 townhome pads for development at the Manor Park subdivision in Marietta, GA. The property which was sold by Georgia Commerce Bank was purchased with cash and bank debt from Community Business Bank. The property is located on Cole Street right off the Marietta Square. Duke Homes will immediately focus on completing the work on the 7 partially developed townhomes which will be ready from sale or occupancy in Spring 2013.
