Riverwalk Village

This 104 acre parcel located in Roswell right off GA 400 was originally proposed to be a large mixed-use development. When the zoning approvals did not go as planned, Duke Land Group sold 18 acres to the Swift School, a school for students with learning disabilities, sold 18 acres for a townhome development, and most recently sold the existing 33 acre apartment complex on the property. Duke intends to redesign plans for the remaining 34 acres in 2017.
