Duke at Lenox Acquisition

Crown Holdings Group, LLC’s affiliate Duke at Lenox, LLC purchased approximately 5 acres near the intersection of Lenox Road and Buford Highway. The property has been rezoned for an approximately 284 unit class “A” multifamily development. Duke at Lenox, LLC is currently in the process of finalizing the architectural plans for development. Al Livnat, Principal of Duke at Lenox, stated, “This is one of the best undeveloped class “A” multifamily parcels in Atlanta. Our companies own other property in the immediate area and we are excited about the opportunity this site provides.” The property was closed all cash on December 7, 2013.
