Hopewell Road Sale

Duke Land Group, LLC sold approximately 9 acres of undeveloped land located on Hopewell Road in Milton, GA to Tommy Fuqua with Fuqua and Associates on July 31, 2013. Duke Land Group, LLC began working on the property in late 2012. The property was rezoned from AG-1 (agricultural) to R-3 (residential). The final development plan allowed for 100 estate lots.
